    The location offers great beach access.

    We encountered severe humidity issues in our room. The dehumidifier became a nightly chore, needing constant emptying. Switching rooms from the 7th to the 9th floor didn't help much either. Water quality was disappointing, with brown water some days. On top of that, a power cut left us without any backup, unacceptable for a hotel.

    Humidity levels in the upper floors are unbearable, leading to the need for dehumidifiers!!! It's disappointing that brown water comes out of the tap!!! The power cut situation shows a lack of preparedness!!!

    Nice Family Getaway with Fantastic Amenities

    The bar staff were attentive and made our pool days even better. Make sure to dive into the breakfast buffet, the custom omelets were a highlight for our kids. Perfect location connected to the Sambil Mall for shopping!

    That was what I call ideal place for short visits. Spotless, good value hotel, the location was top just next door to Margarita Island, the Sambil shopping mall which offers a lot of options for dining and the beach. The pool was very clean and I had good drinks in the swim-up bar...

    The location was awful, it's a pitty.

    I really enjoyed my stay! The rooftop pool is a highlight, offering stunning views, and the restaurant served some of the best food I've tried on the island. the air conditioning was a bit too cold for my liking.
